INTRODUCTION
At Pawsome Living, Inc. (“Pawsome Living”), we respect your privacy and are strongly committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, share and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Pawsome Living’s service which can be located at https://www.fegnion.com.
This Policy Privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Pawsome Living located at https://www.fegnion.com, it’s mobile applications and social media pages (collectively, the “Sites”).
The terms “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to the Pawsome Living Inc. “You”, “User”, refers to you, as a User of Service.
By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any aspect thereof, please do not access or use the Service.
Mobile Privacy
We may offer you the ability to connect with our Sites or use our applications, services, and tools using a mobile device, either through a mobile application or via a mobile optimized website. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all such mobile access and use of mobile devices. This Privacy Policy will be referenced by all such mobile applications or mobile-optimized websites.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your Personal Information as required by law and as necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, and/or legal process served on us; and/or to protect our rights and the rights of our customers, and/or if you violate our Terms of Service.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
We may collect information in several ways by your use of the Sites, as well as from forms you submit to us, or personal correspondence, such as emails or letters that you send to us. We may ask you to voluntarily provide us with personal information on the Sites. Also, our third-party service providers may ask you voluntarily to provide personal information on their websites and may share such personal information with us, as governed by their respective privacy policies. Our use of information received from a service provider will be dictated by the service provider’s privacy policies and not this Privacy Policy.
We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. We may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on the Sites, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information or other details.
Users may, however, visit the Sites anonymously. We will collect personally identifiable information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Sites related activities.

To help us understand how you use the Sites, we may automatically collect information that by itself typically cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as your IP address, browser software and computer type, access date and time, the webpage from which you came, and the webpage(s) that you access during your visit and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of the Sites.
HOW WE USE COOKIES

HOW WE USE ANALYTICS
The Sites use Google Analytics (and in the future may use other similar sites or services), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), to better assist Pawsome Living in understanding how the Sites are used. Google Analytics will place cookies on your computer that will generate information that we select about your use of the Sites, including your computer’s IP address. That information will be transmitted to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purpose of evaluating consumer use of the Sites, compiling reports on Sites activity, and providing other services relating to Sites activity and usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. Please note that by doing so, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Sites. The use of cookies by Google Analytics is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Pawsome Living is committed to protecting the security of any personal information you provide to us. We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards and follow industry best practices to maintain the security and privacy of personal information that you provide to us. These safeguards are designed to prevent your personal information from loss and unauthorized access, copying, use, modification, destruction or disclosure.
Our website, know as fegnion.com, is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
After you have submitted your information online to the Sites, we recommend that you end your browser session before leaving your computer. In spite of these protections, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any data submitted over the Internet and won’t be responsible for information stolen from our servers or computer systems. After your information reaches Pawsome Living, however, it is stored on servers (or in the case of information received from you in person, in writing or over the phone, in physical storage areas) protected by procedures and technology designed to block reasonably foreseeable intrusions by unauthorized third parties.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. None of your personal information will be shared with companies affiliated with Pawsome Living. We will not disclose the personal information you provide to us with third parties without your permission, unless to: respond to duly authorized information requests of law enforcement and governmental authorities; comply with any law, regulation, subpoena or court order; help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and properties of Pawsome Living or its affiliated companies; protect the personal safety of Pawsome Living employees, customers or third parties; assist in collecting any debt owed by you; or other such disclosures that are authorized, permitted or required by applicable law. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Business Transfers
In the event that all or part of Pawsome Living’s assets are sold or financed or if Pawsome Living were to merge with another company, personal information in possession of Pawsome Living could be disclosed to the lender, buyer or merging partner, provided such personal information is used in compliance with Pawsome Living’s privacy policy.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Users may find advertising or other content on our Sites that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Sites. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Sites, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
MEDICAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
The material available on Pawsome Living’s Sites is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical condition in your pet. It is for informational and educational purposes only and should never replace the advice of your veterinarian. Fegnion will assume no liability for the use or misuse of this information. Please consult with your veterinarian before starting your pet on Pawsome Living products.
AGE OF CONSENT
By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our Sites.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Pawsome Living does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register to the Sites. The Services and their content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our records. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Pawsome Living reserves the right to change, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon their posting on https://www.fegnion.com. We may notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on https://www.fegnion.com.
We advise that you review our Privacy Policy each time you use the Service or the Sites so that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Services or the Sites following any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
