THE ULTIMATE RAW RENAL NUTRITION™
Gnocchi was the original inspiration behind our unique recipes and the development of the first product in our specialty Rawceuticals™ line of nutrition for cats: The Ultimate Raw Renal Nutrition™. Gnocchi’s renal health began to decline in 2016. She was our first taste tester and study patient for which is today’s renal formula. Unfortunately, her health rapidly declined in 2020, due to a pancreatic tumor that ultimately took her from our Fegnion family.
Hooba was one of our longtime clients, also a CKD warrior who thrived on our renal formula for over two years. These two amazing CKD rough rider kitties have been our top two beneficiaries along with other cats that were refereed to us by holistic and traditional veterinarians.
Gnocchi and Hooba have helped us develop an incredible formula that we believe will help extend the quality of life for many cats in renal decline so they can continue to thrive. This product was developed and intended for cats like Gnocchi and Hooba who were initially in the pre-renal and then renal decline. Please note, CKD chronic renal failure is a progressive disease and there is no cure.
It’s important to note that this product is not a cure for kidney disease. Many other therapies besides nutrition are involved in managing CKD. Always consult with your trustworthy veterinarian first before changing any diet for your cat.

FEEDING GUIDELINES
- Keep frozen until ready to use. Always thaw in a refrigerator or in cold water. Never use a stove, microwave, or warm/hot water to thaw.
- Feed your cat between 2% and 4% of your catʼs ideal adult weight. For a 10 pound cat, we recommend feeding 4 to 6 ounces of Fegnion Feline Rare-Nutrition™ per day, usually in equally divided meals.

SAFE HANDLING
Keep frozen until ready to use. Always thaw in a refrigerator (24-36 hours prior to serving) or in cold water. Never use a stove, microwave, or warm/hot water to thaw. Always keep thawed cat food in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keep served up to 30 minutes. Any leftovers should be discarded.
With proper refrigeration food is fresh for up to 2-3 days once thawed.
Wash hands with warm soapy water for 20 seconds before and after handling raw meat or poultry. Clean and disinfect all preparation areas including any items that come in contact with raw meat or poultry (feeding dishes, utensils, cutting boards) first with hot soapy water then follow with a disinfectant.
Wash your cats dish after each meal.

HOW WE SHIP RAWCEUTICALS
Fegnion frozen orders are shipped Monday-Friday from NY via UPS/FedEx. Any orders placed by Friday 2 PM (EST) will be shipped the following week, while orders placed after Friday 2 PM will be shipped the second week. At this time, we don’t offer local pickups.
For safe transport of your frozen Fegnion order, we use insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs, dry ice, or both.
